- GLGreg LoperMar 9, 20241.0Atrocious customer service, teller acts like a customer walking into the bank is a disservice to her. Im not sure why people like that get into customer service positions. She told me they could not cash a check due to the amount the teller beside her told her to ask the manager and she replied with no we don't have it. So I asked if another local branch would have it she said she didn't know, I asked if she could call and she told me she didn't know the number. Would not recommend this bank to anybody that doesn't want to waste their time.
