However, their performance, pricing and customer service are all horrible and I find that they are as customer focused as the Post Office and DMV. After growing frustrated beyond my wits, I went to Farmers and saved 20% of my annual premiums without even asking. Again, they are a deceitful marketing organization that PRETENDS to want to help service men, women and their families. Shame on USAA.
