Take ratings on here from 2+ years ago with a grain of salt (good & bad). There's been a ton of money and work dedicated to addressing post merger concerns. So far I've been impressed (especially with their digital banking). For what it's worth, their digital products are better than Chase's (my former bank) in my opinion. Consider giving them a look if you are in the market for a new bank or just want to support Atlanta's hometown bank.

I actually live 3 mins from a Suntrust in the Vinings area but I make the 22 min drive to this Suntrust location just because of how great the staff is consistently. They truly go above and beyond normal customer service for all of my banking needs. I have been a Suntrust customer for many years and have lived in different parts of GA and Morningside heights is the best branch I’ve encountered. Thanks guys!
