- MDmariah dumasOct 13, 20253.0I went here last week to do a bank deposit, and the black employee I don’t know his name was unprofessional and did not greet me when I was doing my bank deposit.. nor did he even attempt to answer any of my questions. Only reason I’m giving a 3 star is for the other employees that ALWAYS be professional when I come to do my deposits!

The bank teller provided excellent assistance in facilitating my withdrawal for the purpose of settling bills. It is worth noting that the exterior design of the Truist building presents a rather unconventional box-like appearance.
