    Incorrectly deposited an amount into my account that would have lost me 400$ They rectified it very quickly but had i not caught it, it could have been a much more difficult issue to resolve as it was a cash deposit

    Horrible complaint and claim service. Deposited via seller and needed to pay rent, trust refused to release funds via debit card, even though funds were available. Cost me $250.00 I answered all fraud questions and called from phone my profile page. They didn't care and ignored my claim of being late on rent.

    Javen (spellcheck) and another worker whom is a girl with dreads are very helpful every time I visit. I always enjoy working with them! Coming from someone to works in banking it is very important how your attitude is and I value that when I visit other banks to see if they are providing great customer service. I recently visited this branch for a SIMPLE TRANSACTION and it was only one teller whom I’ve never seen before and she was on the teller line alone with a line of 3 people and one person in the lobby waiting with no help. Ridiculous for one.. then her “manager” (I don’t know who hired him) comes over to assist FINALLY and they took forever trying to verify me and I’ve been a client for a while (at least a year and come change) I’ve expressed how I only come this one branch and the manager clearly didn’t know me because he clearly isn’t a “the build a relationship type”. He was very rude and told I could go to another branch because they made a mistake on their side and I was there for 20 minutes for a deposit! I’m BIG on customer services which led me to type a review because don’t work in customer service if you can’t provide the service that is expected of you. Go where good customer services isn’t required Mr. Manager!
