I went there today to try to send a domestic wire, and they had no one who could do it. They said there was only one person who could do it and they had no idea when that person might be in (30 mins, 4 hours, etc.). So, I could not even make an appointment. Basically, they shrugged their shoulders at me and suggested I try a different branch. Hopefully, the next branch I try will be better run.

I don't typically do business at this branch, but Went in to exchange 20s for a couple of 100s to give as Christmas gifts (that day). The gentleman (a young Mr. Potter?) was rude and then refused to do this favor. Not much Christmas spirit here.
