Moses ignored all my emails and calls and the calls and emails from Truist Customer Service when they were reaching out to him trying to close my checking account. It was finally done through a chat representative online. Ridiculous.

Words cannot describe how infuriatingly disrespectful the staff at this branch is. Absolutely zero regard for a customer's time. Closing my account immediately.

Very slow, unprofessional, and inattentive staff. I live right around the corner but I doubt I'll ever step foot inside again.
