SUNTRUST is not taking responsibility for this. They are refusing to help us. It is the SUNTRUST atm at the SUNTRUST bank. Who else is responsible? We have been with SUNTRUST for about 15 years. They are, in essence, attempting to STEAL our $500. We will be changing banks and taking whatever legal action necessary to get our money ASAP.
