Not only that, but she did not say a word while I was being assisted and she was sighing the entire time like she was annoyed. That’s very disrespectful and maybe she should choose a new profession if she doesn’t want to speak to customers/ is going to get annoyed with doing her job.

She is a jewel and such a joy to interact with. Another lady who works there is very kind as well. I remember that she was celebrating her 5-year anniversary last or earlier this year. While I am not sure of her name, she too, is very helpful and very considerate as well. Thank you to both of these ladies. This is my preferred branch moving forward.
