Terrible customer service and terribly slow. Vera took over 20 minutes to help with just a change order transaction for a business. Not only that, but she did not say a word while I was being assisted and she was sighing the entire time like she was annoyed. That’s very disrespectful and maybe she should choose a new profession if she doesn’t want to speak to customers/ is going to get annoyed with doing her job.

Deposited a large sum into a business account and they closed my account without notifying me. I'm beginning to think someone stole my money because after 3 weeks, their fraudulent fraud department keeps lying and playing games. I'm about to hire an attorney.
