    My first time visiting this particular location and I must say Lynette Price made my experience at this location a smooth transition .. She took care of my issue in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Thank you for your efforts in taking care of my issue in a timely manner.

    I feel like every once in a while, you get a good teller or banker but for the most part, it is somewhat hostile. It’s almost like people are mad that you came to their job. I don’t like how people think you’re dumb or don’t know the bank’s process not everybody is accustomed to urban aggressive mentality with the assumption that you’re going to argue them on every little thing it makes you not want to even ask a question that’s why I come prepared… I completely explained the process. I told her exactly what I was here for . She walked off, asked the teller to tell her exactly what I said, and then came back and told me it was better explained when a banker/teller explains it because they know the process… I feel like she was doing her job as far as asking me if I needed help, but she did not listen to what I said…I had already talked to the same teller and previously talked to one specific banker who is the lead five days prior sometimes people just want to feel important . all she had to say is, I’m sorry I did not hear everything you said . Instead of having a attitude.
