Lynnette Price assisted me and my Mom at the spur of the moment and she was EXTREMELY helpful and patient. We will definitely ask for her if we need future help.

I just left from meeting with Lynette Price at the Greenbriar Mall Truist. She was the most delightful and professional bank representative I have ever dealt with.

I feel like every once in a while, you get a good teller or banker but for the most part, it is somewhat hostile. It’s almost like people are mad that you came to their job. I don’t like how people think you’re dumb or don’t know the bank’s process not everybody is accustomed to urban aggressive mentality with the assumption that you’re going to argue them on every little thing it makes you not want to even ask a question that’s why I come prepared… I completely explained the process. I told her exactly what I was here for . She walked off, asked the teller to tell her exactly what I said, and then came back and told me it was better explained when a banker/teller explains it because they know the process… I feel like she was doing her job as far as asking me if I needed help, but she did not listen to what I said…I had already talked to the same teller and previously talked to one specific banker who is the lead five days prior sometimes people just want to feel important . all she had to say is, I’m sorry I did not hear everything you said . Instead of having a attitude.

I'm very disappointed in Truist Bank someone authorized to pay my Google YouTube TV subscription on 06/26/2025 without my permission I've been banking with them since 2022 not one time have they ever offer to pay any of my bills and I don't have overdraft protection on my account because I'm not going to pay 35 to $45 in fees when there's no money in the account I think a lot of us learned our lesson with Wells Fargo when they were paying bills without your permission charging you those type of fees and it took 12 year's for us to get the money back on 06/30/2025 I called the bank when I realized this charge had been made without my permission the employee was a woman she was very disrespectful she didn't listen to anything that I was telling her about the account and have the audacity to tell me I'm looking at your account you have a prescription with Google YouTube TV I had to put her in her place very disrespectful to let her know I didn't give Truist Bank permission to pay the $82.90 so you could try to make 35 to $45 off of me for overdraft fees that I did not authorize then she put the phone on mute because I was putting her in her place she did it twice because she didn't want to hear what I had to say as a customer so I have to wait until tomorrow to call the bank back to discuss them abusing their power trying to control my account when I didn't give them permission to pay any of my bills because I'm not going to be paying $35 to $45 for overdraft protection fees that I did not authorize 👎👎👎👎👎
