It’s now going on August, and I still have yet to receive a debit card. Even been sent to the branch it’s self. Nothing. I travel for work, I’ve been stranded. Not able to get a hotel, a rental car, even a Uber- with hundreds of dollars in my account. You can’t call at certain hours, nobody is there. And any and everyone worker you speak to BARELY speaks English. To put your money into a bank you’d want them to be a little nicer- hell no. After almost a year of issues, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.
