Last time, they returned it because the teller was not trained in how to split two mortgages between one check. This time, there was an issue with paying additional for the principal. "system is down for additional principal" was the response. Made no sense. its the same system. Its knowledge that is lacking. This location of tellers is lacking. And then I get the receipt and attitude. Trust sucks and especially this location. Uneducated and paid.
