This is the 2nd time I have gone to this bank and paid my mortgage. Last time, they returned it because the teller was not trained in how to split two mortgages between one check. This time, there was an issue with paying additional for the principal. "system is down for additional principal" was the response. Made no sense. its the same system. Its knowledge that is lacking. This location of tellers is lacking. And then I get the receipt and attitude. Trust sucks and especially this location. Uneducated and paid.

Was here at 10:45 on a Tuesday and the workers were inside gossiping and kept telling us they weren’t ready yet... they told us starting at 9am they would open in just a few minutes. 2 hours later they’re still in there gossiping and the doors still aren’t open.
