    Nobody needs Truist there horrible close your account without telling you and then ship a check that will take a month to get with you please think about banking with them there horrible and will leave u dry.

    Awful. Long hold times so they can get the upper hand and leave you exhausted before an agent ever picks up. Most atlanta locations appear safe until you experience the dangers of interacting with associates and staff in each one. It's not worth the hassle. This bank also blocks and bounces THE MOST transfers for no reason, eating up $20 "chargebacks" like it's nothing for them and it's all the customers fault.

    I recently opened an account here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The process was easy and delightful. The staff even called back to make sure everything was working out. Great job and well done to Stacia and her amazing team.

    Terrible customer service, i went to open up bank account, it took more than hour to open up bank account and still the account was closed after 2 days, horrible customer service, I will not recommend anybody to open up account in this branch.

    Service is Excellent, they really stand for making the customer feel appreciated... every company has their exceptions, some employees that dont always have the best day... but SunTrust as a whole works hard to make sure that every client is greeted with a warm and sincere Welcome. I appreciate their efforts to make a difference when so many businesses have stopped caring these days.
