- TBT BAug 30, 20241.0No greeting whatsoever. Everyone pretends to be busy while ignoring several clients waiting in the lobby. When they finally acknowledge that we are waiting for service, (after 20 minutes) the woman comes and only greets the white guest who had just arrived. We all just walked out. I don’t understand poor service. “Hello how are you, someone will be with you shortly” goes a long way! People are in a hurry, be respectful and cordial.
