Not to mention the friendly customer service has been the best. Knowing that i can call or coming in and speak to my favorite bankers— Ambriana and Calvin, i know i will be taken care of. I would recommend IBMSEC to anyone 😊!

If the economy ever drops and you loose your job due to hardship and must sign over a volunteer repo, IBM will freeze your account and they will take ALL of the money that’s in it. Now I don’t have any money to eat or buy diapers for my daughter. The remaining money isn’t accessible to me. No loan officer ever discussed this with me.
