- IWI Am Antwain WalkerAug 29, 20255.0I want to thank Krystal Coleman for her exceptional customer experience. This is the second car that we’ve purchased through Georgia’s Own and each time Krystal went way beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. If you are in the neighborhood of buying a car please check them out even though you might have your own bank. The interest rate is a lot lower than it would’ve been going through a typical dealer. Again thanks to Krystal and team, we look forward to future business!
- SSSamAug 25, 20251.0Checked into the little kiosk and was sent this email. 2 hours? Are you serious?? I left because I just don't have that kind of time to waste. I then remembered I saw people waiting in their cars outside of the bank as I was walking in. No I'm not waiting this long.
- GSGeorgia StylesAug 12, 20251.0I agree with others. Service is slow and no one will stop what they're doing - not even the people in the offices - alone. Don't tell me they can't do a transaction or a wire. Took me 30 min of waiting in line, three people behind the counter and then they took someone else in front of me because I was doing a wire. It wasn't fair - I had my form filed out and signed and no reason for the delay. I've had them done in less than 5 min last time when the guy knew what he was doing. The customer service is lacking and honestly, it's been like that for 20+ years. Loans, questions, wires, banking, it always seems like it's a chore. Midtown branch is great, but why drive 1/2 hour when Perimeter is right down the street. Believe me I have sent in complaints over the years, nothing's changed.

Slowness is an understatement, unprofessional, and a very laissez-faire interaction with them every time at every location. They stand around and converse about handling the process rather than attending to customers, as customers stand there waiting for them to figure it out. When I arrived, I was the first and only person inside and waited 15 minutes to withdraw money from my account. I don't mind waiting, but I do mind it when the teller is counting pennies, the other teller can't be bothered to help, the person from the office comes over to chat it up, and they are just acting as though how I dare to come to the bank while they are having a leisure day at work. To top it off, they gave me the wrong amount based on what I requested.
