  My parents came into to perform a wire transfer for a large amount on the morning of 10/27. A staff member made a huge nonsensical mistake and almost caused them to miss a deal. What a huge headache.

  The staff here is great, but the credit union itself is stuck in the past. The app is outdated — you can’t even lock your card yourself. Member services shut down at 6 pm, and if your card gets restricted after hours, you won’t even get a text until the next business day when they finally text you. That’s unacceptable in 2025. The people are solid, but the systems and accessibility are way behind and make banking here a headache.

  On 8/4, I went to the Atlanta Rd/Smyrna location, to get bank statements print-outs...which I was told there's a $5 fee, as it was a few minutes before 4pm closing. I was escorted to the ATM @ the branch, and withdrew $20...the young lady that assisted me didn't make it clear...that each months - statements is $5! So I left swiftly, didn't realize I didn't get my change until I stopped @ a restaurant. I called the Customer Service #, as IK they were closed, and spoke to a lady, whereas she emailed and or left a message with Saria.(unsure of spelling). I am very appreciative....that this Financial Institution has really worked with me with my loans. But I don't appreciate the young lady.. per her supervisor once she returned my call, letting me know about the particulars on my $20 and chamge! IK this is trivial but you can't just take it upon yourself, and make a decision for me how to apply my moneys without my acknowledgement!.Going forward please ask and be clear on the activity being presumed.

  I've been a service member since 2001, while working downtown I have frequent several locations. Although I'm not a fan of having to zig zag from downtown to Midtown, I tolerated because that's were my funds are. However this day 8/4 I needed to do a withdrawal, it displays this option isn't available. Very disappointed because there isn't any other ATM's downtown. I was directed to go to the ATM near a Publix on West Peachtree..well that wasn't quite a "Georgia's own" but I guess it accepts the initity companies as it displays several names. Therefore I was uncertain if I would be charged a fee, and I had to withdraw in quantities 20's. Although it was after closing, there were members in the Midtown branch, I was trying to make contact with them needless to say..they ignored me. Not even offering other nearby locations if it was. Poor customer service...not the first time
