It turns out she’s the Assistant VP (I didn’t realize!), but she was so kind and was happy to help us. She personally took on our loan, and of the several banks we have worked with regarding home loans, this bank was by far the best. Meredith really tailored the process to our needs, and went above and beyond to make the sale happen for us. She got to know us personally and I felt like she genuinely cared and was excited to help us through the process. Problems that came up were managed swiftly, and we were able to get a loan approval much earlier than I would have ever expected. If you are looking for a doctor loan, this is a great bank to consider. I would definitely use this bank again in the future.
