- NSnina samanthaJan 2, 20265.0I initially came to do business at this bank location in my neighborhood because First Horizon was offering this great deal for new members during the fall. I had just gotten off work trying to make it to the bank before they closed, knowing that opening a new account will take some time. The first account rep was patient with me while also juggling a customer at their drive thru. Love the efficiency and excellent service !! The Branch Manager, Michelle assisted me with opening my new account! Michelle is outstanding at her job, and has the friendliest personality! A huge Thank you to Michelle for making the new account process feel so easy and seamless!!!
- ADA DSep 19, 20241.0After refusing to open account because temporary State ID is not accepted, the female representative refused to return application that had SS# on it, claiming the application paper is bank property. Only after telling her the information on the application is not bank property, she said they could shred it. If you're going to shred it anyway, why not give the paper back to a potential customer? BTW, instead of shredding it, she tore the paper in 4 pieces and tossed it in a trash bin behind the counter. SS# has never been used before this, so if it appears on the dark web, I'll know the source. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

Since they are more scrutinizing than many other banks, get ready to run back home to get additional documents that they may ask for. The bank maintained little interest in welcoming a new client and. I gave him definite answers for every question he asked, yet he could still blame me for not letting him about my other circumstances. He seemed to expect me to be more familiar with his business than he did. Perhaps he was helping me stay away from troubles dealing with this bank in the future.
