  Noni truly embodies the definition of "advisor". Undoubtfully, she's a qualified financial expert, with impressive experience and background, but more than that, she takes into account your specific lifestyle, goals, wants & needs and designs a portfolio around YOU. She takes a "hands-on" approach to heart, always on top of latest innovations, market trends, and economic & political climates to get you the strongest gains tailored to YOUR risk levels and YOUR timelines within YOUR comfort zone. Not to mention, she is a pleasure to work with, very personable, understanding, flexible, & kind. Having now met and worked with Noni, I'm convinced that the 1 negative review is an anomaly. Noni is none of the things described, and I'd most likely attribute it to this client’s personal grief with Edward Jones, or an exaggerated misunderstanding. I’m looking forward to years of wealth building with full confidence in Noni’s guidance.

  Wow!! Where do I start? As a full time creative I have struggled for years to figure out how to structure my finances in a way that works for my lifestyle. I’ve had financial advisors in the past who didn’t quite understand my needs as an artist. Within 45 minutes, Dr. Carter did what I couldn’t in YEARS! She sat with me and listened…really listened…to my goals with my money and created a plan that immediately gave me peace of mind. She has a way of making her clients feel comfortable, respected, and seen while maintaining a professionalism that makes it very clear that she knows her stuff. She walked me through my options and in the process helped me to enhance my own financial literacy. She was patient and kind and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. I ran straight to the reviews after our meeting because I had to share this experience!! I am so grateful and look forward to our next meeting! I can finally say that my finances are in the hands of someone that I can trust. Now I can focus on my ART! Thank you Dr. Carter!! I will be recommending your services to my colleagues in the industry. 10 out of 10!!!

  I just closed my account after 3 years with Edward Jones and only about a few weeks with this advisor. She, like the previous two advisors were notorious for refusing to reply to your messages by text or in the message center on their website. She even went so far as to claim that Jones “doesn’t allow them to give specific replies to investment strategies via their own platform.” How absurd is that?! She missed and/or called to reschedule two phone appointments and refused to reschedule the second one as requested in a message but instead she called me when I was indisposed and couldn’t answer her unscheduled call. Both missed appointments, she cited was due to personal emergencies. When I decided to close my account, she refused to respond to me timely, first giving me a non-responsive reply to my written request to close the account. And she was also unavailable when their Client Relations Department attempted to contact her on my behalf when she didn’t reply to my second written message request, therefore they sold all my stocks immediately for me in about 30 minutes while on the phone with them, and that representative also scheduled the transfer of my funds to an external bank account as I had asked her to do. If you are a small investor then EDJ may not be the place for you. You may be better off following Clark Howard’s advice investing with a “fee only fiduciary” or with one of the discount brokers. I personally will invest my savings now with peer-to-peer companies who are lending in real estate. They are reporting as high as an 8% return on your money. BTW, the name above is my alias, after all, this IS Google, one of the most intrusive data collecting platforms on the planet.
