Every time I’ve had a question or needed help with something someone was always available and genuinely helpful. The staff is friendly and very patient. It feels more personal than the big banks, and that makes a huge difference. The new branch manager Ronye Cooper was very helpful, professional, and nice the last time I needed help in the bank! He took his time explaining what I needed to do. I would definitely recommend giving Coastal State a try if you are looking for a smaller bank in the area.
