I’ve been a loyal customer for years—even before the recent takeover—and have never experienced this level of disrespect. I contacted the branch regarding a serious issue with Zelle holding my business payments, which is critical to my operations. Instead of assisting me or showing any effort to resolve the matter, the manager was dismissive and short with me. She repeatedly told me to “just go back and read her email,” refused to provide her full name when asked, and spoke in a tone that was both unprofessional and degrading. As someone who runs a business and relies heavily on banking efficiency and support, this type of behavior is unacceptable. I expected far better from a financial institution that I’ve trusted with my money and business needs for so long. This experience has made me realize I need to end my relationship with this bank.
