- CBCharlie BellFeb 11, 20261.0I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Communication is consistently poor—they do not return phone calls or emails and show little regard for their clients or their businesses. We used them for approximately 10 years, which in hindsight was our mistake. Year after year, Michelle, the owner, filed extensions on our returns and made excuses for why they could not be completed on time. Our bookkeeper always submitted our year-end information promptly, so there was no reason for the repeated delays. Not sure why after a decade of giving them our business, we were treated like this. Save yourself time, money, and stress by finding a different CPA for your business.
