Although my organization decided months ago to stop using this institution (based on previous service, reduced amount of branchs and looking for better and more efficient digital services), Shiva has helped us to navigate some challenges in a better way. Always willing to help, very proactive and kind, this is the kind of service everybody wish to have from their bank institution.

She was patient, warm, friendly, knowledgable, and explained things so you could understand. Pam as well did this incredible thing that she probably didn't even realize, but made such a huge impact on my mom and I. She, actually looked at both of us while talking. Nowadays so many people seem to not want to talk to "mature" people and basically leaves them out of the conversation. Pam, did not do that. Thank you so much, Pam for a truly wonderful experience.
