I made an appointment online to open an account and even arrived 10 minutes early, but ended up waiting for an hour without ever meeting a banker. No one came to check in on me — you have to go find someone yourself. The junior banker was polite but completely unhelpful, only offering repeated apologies. The manager appeared arrogant and completely ignored me. If possible, go to a different bank.
