Ms. Berry guided me through choosing the best product for my needs, quickly completed the application, and called me the next day when the underwriter decided they needed yet another piece of information. She forwarded it to them immediately and then called me and kept me informed of the status Exellent customer service! Thank you so much.

They did tell me to have a good day on the way out. I guess that's good for 1 star since I couldn't leave a 0 Star review.
