- JTJon T4 days ago5.0Call to this branch and talked to Antione Cobb about my LLC name change. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He advised me on what to do next. FyI: This branch had higher Google rating than most Truist even though most of the bad reviews were left by Suntrust.l customers. This tells me that they are working hard to get the Google rating higher.

Fortunately, Ms. Markisha Harper's patience, thoroughness, and willingness to find solutions to my problems this afternoon stopped that from happening. She worked nearly ninety minutes to resolve my issues, even making made sure my Debit card worked before I left by walking me to the ATM and waiting while I checked. I am sorry for the bad experiences that others have had at this branch. There is no guarantee that you will have the same experience tomorrow that I had today (10/4/22), but I hope you do. I had a headache as I walked in and breathed a sigh of relief as I walked out. Markisha, you rock! Excellent job!!

Girl had a terrible attitude and instead of being helpful was off putting and her distasteful comments where anything but helpful. Don't trust Truist is the lesson of the day. I will instead bank with people who are friendly and helpful instead of being greeted with a frown by someone who clearly is not happy to be at work nor happy to help a customer.
