I have experienced the longest deposit holds of any bank I’ve ever had, extremely negatively effecting my business! I’ve already lost $5,000 because I lost a customer because of the deposit holds. I have deposits that were supposed to be available today that are still not available, they will not push my deposit or help in any way. Think twice before opening an account with Truist, I wish I had!
