Truist had blocked my account before I even had a chance to report the fraudulent charges. The dispute was handled very quickly. Natasha spoke with me every day and help me watch my account until the situation was handled. Thank you so much.

The past few times I have dealt with either Sheila or Billie Jo and they are phenomenal. Much much more accommodating than the teller I used to deal with.
