The staff lacks consistency in customer service, and it's difficult to get clear, direct answers about their banking processes. Communication is vague, and instead of helping resolve issues, I was often left frustrated and confused. It feels like once they have your business, the customer care stops. If you’re looking for a bank that prioritizes transparency and values long-term relationships, I recommend looking elsewhere.
