- CSChristopher StephensMay 24, 20165.0I have been banking with South State Bank since before it was South State Bank I haven't been with them since they were Bulldog Bank and Trust Community Bank & Trust I've been with them since 2007 I absolutely enjoy the people who work there I have built a friendship I don't feel like I'm just a customer anymore they are truly good people that work there I'm sure some have had bad experiences and yes it is an inconvenience at times that it's hard to find ATMs and hard to get money out if you are out of state butt for a small town like Athens it is a great Bank keep up the great work
