    A Friday at lunchtime and only 2 people working. I have been in the drive thru line for 15 minutes now waiting for assistance. 5 cars in the parking lot and 2 of them are probably the employees. Not a good location to go to.

    I usually like coming here. But it’s a busy Friday outside and they have two people only working most days I come in here. I shouldn’t have to wait for them to finish a transaction to help me. I’m not trying to be arrogant or needy. But have more people on the floor.

    Unfortunately there isn't a way to choose negative stars. Purchased a car with a local dealership that used Community Southern Bank as the lender. Made payments with CSB for a few years before it was bought out by Bank of the Ozarks. I was unable to make the loan payments online for the majority of the time I had the loan because the bank wasn't setup for it. However, after diligently paying the payments every month, I was thrilled to make the final payment which was due on 5/24/19. I couldn't get to the bank on that Friday but made it there over the weekend and dropped the payment into the night deposit slot where I had made the majority of the payments over the past 5 years. Imagine my surprise when I received a nasty notice in the mail today that my car loan payment was past due and that I need to pay the balance of $.06 (yes, that's right, 6 whole cents) immediately. Really???? The balance was paid off within the grace period and for the amount indicated on the loan maturity notice. Well it's Friday evening and I'm just now opening this notice that arrived in the mail today. With their awful hours for customers, it will be Monday before they are open again for me to drive there and pay the 6 cents...but the way they are, by that time they will probably add interest so I guess I need to be prepared to pay $.25. What a horrible bank!!!!
