On many occasions, I have waited 20 minutes nobody answered over the time past two years, yet two answered. I have Called in the non-busy, morning hours after 9:00 am and I do NOT here from anyone. I am currently on holding for the next available representative, as the recording puts it. She is annoying. I have been waiting for 15:15. 😡 🔥 DOCO needs to hire more people to answer calls or remove the call center to provide more individual attention to the customer like it once was. It is a waste of time to use a call center. If you want good customer service, your best bet is to go elsewhere. I am closing my account today.
