- EEElizabethOct 28, 20251.0Do not make an appointment for assistance at this location. I've made two appointments in the past few months and both were terrible. After receiving several emails and texts confirming my 1st appointment, they tried to cancel it with less than an hour notice. The second time I came in to have a form notarized, I had to wait almost 25 minutes past my appointment time. Apparently the person who was supposed to help me was helping someone else and when I asked if someone else could notarize my form, they said no. Well, about 25 minutes later a teller comes out and attempts to help another customer, who came in after me, and notarize their document. I said I just need a form notarized and it was finally done. She tried to blame the wait on being busy and short staffed - ok but then why take appointments? We're all busy and now you made me late for a work appointment.

The staff is consistently negligent and unreliable. Reaching anyone by phone is impossible, calls are never returned or even answered.

Try calling the number provided and waited more then 30 mins for someone to pick up but no response. So decided to go to this branch to see what's up. After some time of info and waiting, the Banker Sarah was excellent when providing the help. Paid attention to the issue, make sure I understood everything and pretty much outgoing. Couldn't be more relieved and glad for the service.

But the guy, Johan, kept saying “you should ask your advisor” when I asked him questions about how to fill out the application. Excuse me? The why would I need your help? It was around 11 and many of the staffs were saying “I need to go to lunch” and it was obvious no one was willing to help! You are losing my business Wells Fargo because of this branch.
