- JPJames PrattOct 12, 20231.0If you have ANY questions about any of your accounts I do not recommend this branch. I have been here 3 times with three different situations. All three times no one at the counter was qualified to answer my questions. The "bankers" were busy even though there were empty offices and no other customers in the building. I was given a 1-800 number to call. After 45 minutes of the que I had to end my attempt to speak to a person. I ran out of time. Another lunch break completely wasted.
