  Heard terrible things about this location prior to going but I needed to stop in for a quick withdrawal let’s just say I will not be back to this branch I see why they only have 3 stars the teller was extremely rude Wells Fargo if you want to keep you customers I suggest go investigate this location the tellers are horrible I’ve banked with you guys over 10 years an this was my first time having a bad experience inside of a branch

  Horrible customer service! One bank teller started yelling at me just to get two forms of ID to cash a check. She couldn’t even ask for two forms of ID respectfully!

  Horrible customer service experience on more than one occasion at this branch from the same teller! I truly tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Teller Stephanie has discriminated against me every time I’ve interacted with her. She is clearly racist, as this area is predominantly Hispanic. I attempted to escalate this matter to the branch Manager, who instead of listening to my concerns, blatantly showed no regard or concern at all. (She’s Hispanic as well) Which I recorded and plan to send to corporate. I will be closing my account with this bank due to this situation. This is not how you show appreciation to clients/bankers. We choose Wells Fargo, when in fact we could have chosen other banks. I’ve never felt the need to write a review on a company except on one other occasion, so that goes to say that I’m not a complainer. However, this should be documented. I had no knowledge that Wells Fargo has had lawsuits for discrimination until this occurred, and I clearly see why! It’s very disheartening. People are already dealing with a pandemic right now, & then to have to experience discrimination is unacceptable!!!
