- AVAmanda valentineJul 16, 20241.0Earliest appointment I could get with a banker was 1 pm they confirmed the appointment and everything, I had to Uber there because my car broke down I do all this only to have the bank completely closed no notification that it closed, nothing. I go to another location only to stand in line for 20 minutes one person working the desk, everyone else working there just standing around chatting with eachother. Horrible experiences, I will never bank here again.
- AOAd OneNov 17, 20231.0Come on Wells Fargo.....Only 1 teller working the lobby on a Friday afternoon. Took over 45 minutes to make a deposit and only 4 people in front of me. I did see 2 Wells Fargo employees sitting at their computers. Why not train these employees to help the customers in line to see a teller.
