- MBMichelle BardJul 31, 20251.0At this location, when the customer makes an appointment, the bank employee doesn't keep it. Furthermore, when no other bank employee will step in to take up the slack in order to allow the customer to keep to the pre-arranged schedule even when NONE of the other employees are actively doing anything and legitimately could step in to help. No. At this location all they do is apologize and expect the customer to either wait for the late employee or leave to come back another time. It is not expected for the employee to actually be present at the time that they arranged.
