- MBMichelle BardJul 31, 20251.0At this location, when the customer makes an appointment, the bank employee doesn't keep it. Furthermore, when no other bank employee will step in to take up the slack in order to allow the customer to keep to the pre-arranged schedule even when NONE of the other employees are actively doing anything and legitimately could step in to help. No. At this location all they do is apologize and expect the customer to either wait for the late employee or leave to come back another time. It is not expected for the employee to actually be present at the time that they arranged.
- HMHire MeDec 6, 20191.0Never had such a bad customer service at a big bank. We planned on opening a Business account and they made us to go back and forth twice. We had a copy of a letter from WellsFargo for a business account which did not have a code and it is a nation wide promotion. We had been asked many questions about our business, sent us back home, they called next day with more questions, asked to visit the branch to open account, but they were not ready to open accounts. I noticed a 5 star rating for this location before I stopped by, but it was a surprise to us. Edited on 18/12/2019: Yes, we visited our old branch at 12830 GA-9 N, Alpharetta, GA 30004 (windward pkwy). They opened our business account and also business credit card. 5 star service, very professional.
