This company used to be solid, now I wouldn’t rely on them for any type of banking, mainly due to hold times. No matter I call it’s been an hour or more for the last year. I don’t expect to wait an hour every time I call customer service. I can accept being short staffed, but for 16 months???? You still have the same wait times of an hour today as you did 16 months ago. Worst banking institution ever!!!!!! Changing banks asap after 25 years!
