    This entire bank here on Mc Ginnis ferry is a LOST opportunity with the worst customer care for the last few yrs, my family and friends hates Sun Trust or Truist because of how they treat us at this branch. Its a convenient location I will give you that, but its WORST experience and care. The tellers have an attitude. Worse yet, the bank personnel don't resolve the concern or banking issue and complain they don't get paid enough or are uncertain about the banks future with the merger. Hopefully we see some changes soon.

    Conflicting signage on the ATM outside, but other than that everything is good. Never a long line, staff is friendly whenever I go inside, in a very convenient location from both my house and work, and the outside ATM always works.
