I am finding it harder and harder to stay with truist I had an amazing man here help me with patience before This is the second and last time i will be coming to this location I called 8 times throughout the day to set up an appointment with no one answering The staff behind as tellers were very nice However banker lady with brown hair and glasses had to leave early for the day and was loud about wanting to leave early i came in and ruined her day i guess because god forbid people come in an hour before closing She even at the end told me how long i had been there and said we needed to wrap it up Alot of people come in needing help with different things and i had 3 checks and 2 issues to solve and it took the “enormous amount” of 25 mins…. Keep in mind there was no one behind me in line She just wanted to leave early Im so sorry i ruined your day

I am a retired banker with 30 yrs experience. Especially banks should be held high in expectations of customer service. In my experience we always offered simple request from a customer, i.e. sending a one page fax out of courtesy. Not with this office. In addition, a very unfriendly staff.
