    Every time I call this bank the bank representative is completely incompetent. Also their ATM had a Card Skimmer on it and when informed they didnt even tell the Bank Manager. Worst bank I've ever dealt with.

    What a horrible place to bank!!!! I went to the bank to cash my first check from my company. I was unable to go into the bank because of covid19 so everything was handle at the window. I was told to open up a checking acct it will take 10 to 15 mins tops to wait in the drive through to process the acct application. Now 45 mins into waiting my battery die and I was told by the actual banker that he had people before me i had to wait. What bank would just tell you to sit out side in a hot car if they knew they were to busy but knew I was going to wait. longer because the banker wasnt available Didnt even offer to help so I ask for the manager and they refused me her number and closed my window. I had to find someone to jump my car. It took me 2 1/2hours to get home and they didnt cash my check. I was mortified.
