I have been treated so poorly with the bank. If I could give -100 I would. I applied for a personal loan to pay off my credit cards. It WAS approved for the exact amount I requested. I was asked for different documents which I turned right away. Every time I turned in 1 document I was asked for another. The banker that was handling this was Russell Holcombe. Now I will give him the benefit of the doubt to say he was helpful and nice. I can't help but to feel discrimination because how can you approved something then find small things to take it back. I was told because my debt to ratio was too high they couldn't approve the original amount I requested that they initially approved and put in my account so I can pay off my credit cards myself. They had to pay them off. Ok, fine I accept that. Then the said in order to put the funds in my account they must sufficiently lower the amount "THAT I WAS ALREADY APPROVED FOR" crazy right. Ok, I give permission to close the cards they come back saying I have to reapply for the loan. I will be closing out my account soon.

Discriminated by the clerk Khundi. He refused to cash my mom’s checks. Would not offer an explanation why, just told her that he wouldn’t say anything. I’m sick and tired of her getting discriminated for speaking English with an accent.
