Waited 20 mins just for withdrawal and nobody helped me. So walked out. No traditional tellers - don’t understand how that works.

I have never had a bad experience with truist until I went to this branch. Heena Chawla is the banker who treated me like I wasn't welcomed at that branch. First, she looked at me like I was out of place and said hi, do you have an account with us? I said yes and she said well what can I do for you. I said I would like to cash my check and I gave her my ID, debit card and check. She then asked me how long have I had the account, is there anyone on it with me and what branch do I usually visit. I told her that I visit what branch I can find while I'm on the road because I'm a truck driver, but the last branch I was at was in Buford, GA. She told me that she had never seen a Comchek before and told me to go back to the last branch I was at because she wasn't going to cash it and she pushed everything I had given her to cash my check back to me and said have a nice. I will be taking further action against her. I definitely see why this brand has poor ratings. I totally agree with 99% of the ratings that other customers have written.

Very inconvenient bank with no tellers and a long wait time. But I expect this from truist. Just stupid.
