This location claims they can't cash checks from other banks, only deposit. Yet I've done it at other locations with checks from outside banks with no issue.

This particular branch is, by far, the worst bank branch of any institution I've ever been to. They are ridiculously slow to simply cash a check or deposit a check for even very small amounts for a member who has been with them for 30 years. This is consistent every single time we have been there, so we do our best to avoid it unless absolute necessary. When they were suntrust, all SunTrust branches were like this, but I also bank with BB&t and they are wonderful. So, I hope after the Truist merger they would take on BB&t's technology and practices and things would become more efficient and faster. Sadly, that is not the case. We just went there and were the only car in the Drive-Thru and there was only a couple of cars in the parking lot, and it still took almost 10 minutes to simply deposit a check for $75. Avoid them if possible!

Pleasant staff and general bankers - however TERRIBLE management.
The experience was so terrible with this locations branch manager ended up closing long term account and moving business elsewhere.
Highly recommend ANOTHER branch for your banking needs.
