This location claims they can't cash checks from other banks, only deposit. Yet I've done it at other locations with checks from outside banks with no issue.

The #%$%@ worst bank and customer service EVER! I've had a Suntrust personal account since 1985 and a business account with Suntrust since 2005 and within Truist taking over, four frauds on my business account in four months time. I had to close out and open a new account this last time but we can not close out he old account as there are over 60k in deposits still in there that need to be transferred to the new account BUT I can not get anyone from my branch to call me back to take care of this. I have left over seven messages in the past 10 days! I guess my $4.3 million my business pumps through their bank every years is small potatoes to them. I had a motorcycle accident 2.5 weeks ago and unable to go to the branch in person. HOWEVER, that will change tomorrow as I will be at their door when they open at 9am to get this resolved. Once I fully recover, I will be pulling all my accounts! Just unbelievable lack of concern and below par customer service!

I went to the branch to open a new account and checked if I am eligible for a promotion. Without even checking what the promotion was, the bank manager said the promotion is valid only online after waiting there for 30 minutes. When I came home I realized that the account could be opened in the branch as well. I am really surprised about the lack of information the branch manager had. Terrible.

The employees were helpful and courteous and professional. The building is well laid out, contemporary and clean. Our account manager was incredibly helpful in setting up a new business account. Gave good advice and guidance on how to streamline everything. Would highly recommend!
