Unfortunately, every encounter at her window has been met with negativity, lack of professionalism, and zero customer service. From the moment you walk up, the energy is unwelcoming and dismissive. This is especially disappointing because other staff at this branch set a great example of how members should be treated. There’s a young male teller who is always upbeat, apologetic when wait times are long, and genuinely accommodating. His positive approach stands in stark contrast to my experiences with Saba and makes me wish he were in a leadership position. With Saba, it feels like every interaction negative. She seems to need approval for even the smallest requests, refuses to provide her business card, will not share who the branch manager is, and avoids directing me to anyone in charge. Yet she is quick to point out that she is the teller "manager"—making me feel concerned for the other tellers who must work under her daily. I have already reached out to corporate to express my concerns, as I believe additional customer service and leadership training are urgently needed. Members should never feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when visiting their credit union.

They tried to stick us with a 10% loan on another car last week. Also, very unimpressed with their terrible web site and unprofessional loan officers that don't return their calls. Got a more reasonable 8.2% used car loan elsewhere.
