- SSsrtrutt6 days ago1.0I walk in, and nobody was around to greet me. Place is dark yes 1 or 2 tellers but nobody was in the office. I sign in, but still nothing Lets just say, i do not plan to go to the one off of Windward Parkway again.
- ASAziz SDec 18, 20251.0Terrible Credit Union. They charge you for making payment over the phone. Their app does not work 90% of the time. Other half the password does not work on website. Customer service is zero. NOTHING this credit union provides is better than the one down the street. So please skip these guys and do go down the street.
- KPKMTERRY PMNov 26, 20251.0I've been with this credit union nearly 13 years..I only joined back then because they were close to where I lived and worked at the time..fast forward to this year, I must say this credit union is TERRIBLE!! Whenever you call customer service, no one really answers, so I use the "call back " option. Recently applied for an auto loan (which I was approved for), but had to track down the loan officer for further info and she was hard to get in touch with..also needed info on a paid for vehicle title, rep. put me on hold about 5 minutes while she tried to get someone in their collateral dept., NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE, so the representative told me she couldn't reach anyone in that dept., so she sent them an email and said I would have to wait 24-48 hours for a response, Unacceptable!..as soon as I get my paperwork for the vehicle settled, I am leaving this credit union! Please Do Not Join This Credit Union!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.**"OWNER" (PR Person Actually), Please do not reply to this post with a "face saving" reply! You know I'm speaking the TRUTH!
