- DDDee DowdellOct 21, 20251.0š¤ Lazy employee orā, I went in to cash a check on October 20, 2025 @ 4:42 there was 3 employees 1 female and 2 male employees that was talking I ask one of the male employees how much do you charge to cash a check that is made out to "your bank." told me. Then I showed him the amount of the check and he said oh I cannot cash that check, we do not carry that much money in our bank. It would take more money than what "we have For The Week". REALLYā¼ļø The check was not for that much money. I told him in the past this bank has cashed checks larger than this one. You are kidding me right? I am old enough to know better. I knew he was lying he just didn't want to go pulled the cash. A Bank that don't carry Money do not need to be in Banking Business or better yet lazy employees should be let go for failure to serve the people/the public that keeps them employed. I will never go to that branch again he truly make me feel unwanted. I will gladly drive farther to another branch before dealing with that type treatment. I am assuming that he didn't want to pull the cash (lazy) verses saying that it was something else..š¤

I felt comfortable starting this banking relationship. Very happy about stopping by. I didnāt expect to be treated like family on day one. With the high level customer service I will definitely recommend this bank and branch to others. Thank you Brandon !
