    They are not very helpful with information if you have a loan, and they have you call a different Truist bank for more information instead of trying to find out what happened to your transactions. It sounds like they lost your information, and they don't even want to bother looking for it in their system. 😤 #TruistFail #TerribleCustomerService

    You guy should try having hoilday recordings to at least let your clients know If your going to be open or closed. That's unprofessional.

    My son received a check and went to Truist to have it cashed the teller without verifying the check ripped my son check and stated to him I’m tired of “Yawl” trying me at this very moment i am taking legal actions towards this bank the teller racially profiled my son i advise no one to go to this bank!!!

    I enjoyed my visit here! I would've gone through Drive-thru, except for the fact that I had to have a notary notarize paperwork. Yes, you must have an account here for a notary to notarize anything. Anyway, I was in and out within roughly 6 minutes, and the staff takes cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and their hands very seriously! 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt!
