They sent me a letter in the mail to CLOSE my account I have had with them for SIX YEARS. My father and I set up that bank account together. He recently passed away and it blows my mind that this is how Renasant is responding. Horrible customer service. I’d rather keep money under my mattress than deal with Renasant. This one in Albany is horrible.
