Employees sitting around with no one else in the bank, coming in for a simple task only to leave with never being seen. I have already opened other business accounts and personal accounts outside of Wells Fargo but continued customer service such as this will push me to finally leave them all together.
- TITraci IrvingMay 23, 20211.0Put a hold on a check that wasn't supposed to have a hold on it. Let us withdraw several times. Got a large amount of money the day we deposited it. And then 4 days later, couldn't touch it for 2 weeks. Absolutely frustrating.
