But since they became Truist banking with them has become awful. Service is bad & they have no loyalty to their long time clients. Going to start moving my business to another bank.

Went to the branch in person and no one there knows how to do anything without having to get support from corporate. Literally no one in building knows anything about banking. Shut it down. I am going to move existing business account as well because the support is so bad.

Every time I visit and ask for simple notary service their answer is NO. I go to another TRUIST bank location and get immediate assistance. STAY AWAY from Ross Rd if looking to be treated with RESPECT and expect service.
