Banked with them since 1979 when it was Sun Bank. Stayed with them when they became Sun Trust. Always recommended them to family & friends. But since they became Truist banking with them has become awful. Service is bad & they have no loyalty to their long time clients. Going to start moving my business to another bank.

Very incompetent office here. Tried for 2 weeks to get a business account opened and was never successful. Went to the branch in person and no one there knows how to do anything without having to get support from corporate. Literally no one in building knows anything about banking. Shut it down. I am going to move existing business account as well because the support is so bad.

Customer since known as Colonial. 30 plus years. Worst customer service from questionable employee. Every time I visit and ask for simple notary service their answer is NO. I go to another TRUIST bank location and get immediate assistance. STAY AWAY from Ross Rd if looking to be treated with RESPECT and expect service.
