But since they became Truist banking with them has become awful. Service is bad & they have no loyalty to their long time clients. Going to start moving my business to another bank.

Not only was my brief experience with them unsatisfactory, but the response to my presenting the issues to them was shockingly unprofessional. As well as incompetent, and showed zero energy, nor interest, in the resolution of the issues (which were generated by them) that could have possibly retained my "brand new" business with them. Horrible, horrible institution.
