- KHKara HaagMar 7, 20241.0Always understaffed. Has been our branch for 20 years but the last couple of years it has gotten progressively worse. Time to change either branches or bank. Might as well close this branch because they never have enough employees to support customer needs. Couldn’t get a notary today and they told me to go to UPS. If this was a one-time thing I would let it go, but this is the straw that broke the camels back, and made me finally post a negative review.

When I approached one she rolled her eyes, walked away then went to tell the other one she is waiting to clock out and not helping me. They were not busy and I felt racially profiled. I finally got helped by a gentleman but he stated he doesn't know anything because he just recently started and hasn't had the training. When he went to go ask the women standing there talking and not doing anything, they both rolled their eyes, looking irritated and told him to tell me to look up any questions I have online. I wish i would have got their names and started recording them to report them, but I was so lost in the moment because there is no excuse for this behavior.
