Always understaffed. Has been our branch for 20 years but the last couple of years it has gotten progressively worse. Time to change either branches or bank. Might as well close this branch because they never have enough employees to support customer needs. Couldn’t get a notary today and they told me to go to UPS. If this was a one-time thing I would let it go, but this is the straw that broke the camels back, and made me finally post a negative review.

One of the most poorly run branches with not so friendly bank customer service people.

I felt disrespected by two of the tellers at this location. It’s unfortunate that the service you receive is determined by the color of your skin.

Try to get a secure loan took 3 days no one was even called me to keep me in the know got two email saying underwriters had heavy work load give them until lunch time. Poor customer service never had the common courtesy to email me or call back to say what had happen. I definitely cant encourage anyone to join that bank base on my first and last experience.
